Variable Load System:


The variable load system on our Prime outdoor strength equipment allows users to vary the weight they lift by simply sliding individual weight plates along the rail on each side of the equipment. Starting weight is zero plus the weight of the lifting, pressing or pulling arm.


Standard Weight Load: 


  • 12.5kg each side (5 x 2.5kg plate)

Also available in lighter specification of 7.5kg each side
